--Regarding cancellations --

[Course reservations] For reservations of 10 or more people, a 30% cancellation fee will be charged if the cancellation is made 7 days or more after the reservation date.

[Course reservations] 100% of the course fee (per person) will be charged from 3:00 PM three days prior to your visit.

[Reservations for seats only] Cancellations or changes to the number of guests for groups of 6 or more must be made at least 7 days in advance.

[Reservations for seats only] If you cancel after midnight on the day of your visit, we will charge 2,000 yen per person.
